ACS® FB System

With the primary ACS® FB System the PE-insert is fixed to the tibial component via a snap-fit mechanism. There are PE inserts of different congruency (standard, hyperflex, ultra) available, which allow different mobility between femoral component and PE-insert.

Description

Indication
  • Bicompartmental osteoarthritis with preservation of the posterior cruciate ligament (exception: PE-insert ultra also in case of loss/damage of the cruciate ligaments);
  • Intact collateral ligaments necessary

  • implavit®; CoCrMo according to ISO 5832-4 (femoral and tibial components)
  • UHMW-PE according to ISO 5834-2 (PE-inserts)
  • implacross® E; crosslinked UHMW-PE with vitamin E (PE-inserts)
