ACS® FB PS System

The ACS® FB PS system (PS = posterior stabilized) is used for the functional replacement of the posterior cruciate ligament. The presence of the femoral spindle and the PE-peg results in a posterior stabilization of the knee joint during articulation between femoral and tibial component.

  • Bicompartmental osteoarthritis with concurrent loss/damage of both cruciate ligaments
  • Intact collateral ligaments necessary
